Every weekend was filled with laughter, especially when I spent time with my family. After coming home from school on Fridays, I would turn on the television and watch any movie that caught my attention, whether it was recommended by my cousins in India or my friends at school. Most films entertained me for a few hours, but one film completely changed the way I viewed cinema: Paradha. Paradha tells the story of a young woman who is forced to live behind a veil, hidden from the outside world by a cloth covering her face.
